Delicious Moroccan Couscous

- 1 box (10 ounces) instant couscous
- 1 tbsp. Mazola® Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- Sea Salt Adjustable Grinder
- 2 tbsp. butter, melted
- 1⁄3 c. minced fresh cilantro
- ½ fresh lemon
- Prepare couscous according to package directions adding the olive oil and freshly ground sea salt.
- When couscous is done, stir in butter, cilantro and freshly squeezed lemon juice. Stir well.
- Serve immediately or at room temperature. Delicious served with Lamb Tagine.
For more lemon flavor, add fresh lemon peel.
