Signature cocktails are always a hit around the holidays. Check out this frothy creation featuring Fernnet Branca, created by Jeff Bareilles, Wine Director, Manresa restaurant, Los Gatos, Calif.
Holiday Cocktail
Ingredients
- 1 Oz simple syrup
- 1 Oz Ferrnet Branca
- ½ Oz Egg White
- 1 Drop of Spice Islands® Pure Vanilla Extract
- a pinch of Spice Islands® Caraway Seeds, toasted and cracked
Instructions
- Do a dry shake with all components then add ice and shake again.
- Strain and serve in a martini glass.
- Leave as is without garnish.
