We collect our Spice Islands® sea salt from the low waters of the Mediterranean. Gathered in pans, we leave it in the warm sun and gentle breeze to evaporate. The result is a salt that’s rich in trace minerals and flavorful without being overpowering or too salty.

Unlike ordinary table salt, the large crystals are perfectly suited for grinders and mills. Use it to transform and draw out the natural flavor of virtually any dish.
