Garam Masala adds a unique flavor to this cream soup.
Ingredients
1/4 cup butter OR margarine
1 bag (16 ounces) frozen vegetable blend (broccoli, celery, onion and carrot)
1/2 cup flour
1 can (14.5 ounces) chicken broth
2-1/2 cups whole milk
1 tablespoon Spice Islands Garam Masala
1 tablespoon Spice Islands Parsley
Directions
Melt butter in skillet over medium-high heat; sauté frozen vegetables 5 to 7 minutes or until tender. Add flour; stir and cook 1 minute.

Add chicken broth and milk; stir and cook until mixture is thick and creamy, about 10 minutes. Add seasoning and parsley flakes; stir well before serving.
