Greek Seasoning gives these simple meatballs a delicious flavor and aroma.
Ingredients
1 pound lean ground beef
2 tablespoons
Spice Islands Greek Seasoning
2/3 cup bread crumbs
1/2 cup dry white wine or water
1 egg, lightly beaten
Directions
Preheat oven to 350ºF.
Mix ground beef, seasoning, bread crumbs, wine and egg together in a large bowl until well blended. Shape into 12 large balls; place on baking sheet.
Bake for 40 to 50 minutes or until no longer pink in center. Serve with vegetable pilaf.
