Indian Shrimp Curry

Ingredients
1 tablespoon Mazola® Corn Oil
1/2 cup chopped onion
3/4 pound medium, raw, peeled shrimp
2 cloves garlic , minced
3 tablespoon Spice Islands Calcutta Heat Curry Powder
1 cup milk
2 tablespoons lime juice
Directions

Heat oil in skillet over medium-high heat. Sauté the onion until tender.  Add the shrimp, garlic, Calcutta Heat seasoning, milk and lime juice; stir well.

Cover and simmer 10 minutes or until shrimp is opaque and sauce is thickened. Serve over rice.
